Personal Watercraft (Had to do some manual texture changes). This comes with preset poses for Victoria 4 models and you can get additional poses for Michael 4 in the free section at Renderosity.
iREAL Animated Ocean Water System An awesome product for animating waves!
Background sky and lighting came from Skull Cove Complete, which is a beautiful island location for all your pirate themed renders. I actually rendered the sky background separately so I could get a better angle. When combining the pictures I ended up adding a pure white layer over the sky and set it to “overlay”. This brightened the darker sky nicely, at least I think so 😉
Male character is Phx Ryan which requires Michael 4 Base and Michael 4 Morphs++. For this image I ended up using the base Michael 4 textures instead of Ryan’s.

Female character is Devyn which requires Victoria 4.2 Base and Victoria 4.2 Morphs++
She is wearing FASHIONWAVE Pool V4/A4/G4 with a slight alteration to the diffuse color to be purplish.
